II. Safety protection system (BMS)

This product is equipped with a built-in 13S 48V 30A intelligent protection board, featuring multiple safety protections.

The battery will automatically stop charging when it reaches a full charge voltage of 54.6V, and will automatically power off when the voltage drops to 36.4V, preventing damage to the battery due to depletion.

It supports a continuous discharge of 30A and a short-term peak discharge of 60A. Equipped with short circuit protection and temperature protection functions, it can also automatically balance cell voltage, effectively extending the overall service life of the battery.

III. Structure and Function Design

The battery is equipped with a foldable anti-slip metal handle, facilitating daily handling, installation, and disassembly.

Equipped with an anti-theft lock structure, it is securely fixed after installation, effectively preventing loss.

IV. User and Maintenance Guide

(I) Charging and discharging specifications

1. A dedicated 54.6V charger must be used for charging, and the power supply should be disconnected promptly after the battery is fully charged.

2. The continuous current for daily use should not exceed 30A, and prolonged high-power discharge should be avoided.

(II) Routine maintenance

1. During use, avoid impacting or squeezing the battery with heavy objects to protect its internal structure.

2. Regularly check the wiring and charging interface, and promptly address any looseness or damage.

3. When stored for a long period of time, keep it in a semi-charged state and place it in a cool and dry location.

4. Regularly inspect the appearance of the battery, and immediately stop using it if any abnormalities such as swelling or leakage occur.
