2、 Security Protection System (BMS)

This battery pack is equipped with a professional 13S 48V 30A BMS battery management system, which provides multiple safety protections in all aspects. The specific functions are as follows:

1. Overcharge protection, when the battery voltage reaches the full charge threshold of 54.6V, automatically cuts off the charging circuit to prevent damage to the battery cells due to overcharging;

2. Over discharge protection, when the battery voltage drops to the over discharge threshold of 36.4V, the discharge circuit is automatically cut off to avoid deep discharge damage to the battery cell;

3. Overcurrent protection, strictly limiting the continuous discharge current to ≤ 30A and peak discharge current to ≤ 60A, to prevent circuit overload and heating;

4. Short circuit protection: When a circuit short circuit is detected, the output is immediately cut off to avoid safety hazards such as fire and explosion;

5. Temperature protection, real-time monitoring of battery cell temperature, automatic suspension of charging and discharging in case of abnormal high and low temperatures, ensuring safe use; Cell balancing, automatically balancing the voltage of each string of cells to ensure the overall stability of the battery pack and extend its service life.

3、 Structural and functional design

1. This product adopts a triangular shaped shell, which is suitable for the installation of electric bicycle triangular frames. The shell is sturdy and impact resistant, and can cope with the complex road conditions of outdoor cycling;

2. The charging interface is XLR interface, supporting 54.6V standard charger charging, and equipped with USB discharge interface, controlled by the tail switch, which can provide ≤ 5A current for mobile phone charging;

3. Equipped with a built-in battery display function, the remaining battery level can be viewed through buttons, and the combination of red and green lights is intuitive and easy to understand; Adopting XT60 output line, supporting 30A continuous power supply and 60A peak output, with anti reverse insertion and anti short circuit design, providing stable and safe power connection for high-power equipment;

4、 Usage and Maintenance Guide

（1） Charging and discharging specifications

1. The charging voltage requires the use of a standard 54.6V charger, and non-standard chargers are prohibited to avoid damaging the battery;

2. The continuous current of the controller should be set to ≤ 30A, and long-term use of 60A peak current discharge is prohibited;

3. Disconnect the charger promptly after the battery is fully charged to avoid damage to the battery cells caused by long-term overcharging;

4. When using the USB discharge interface, it needs to be controlled by the tail switch to avoid long-term no-load power consumption.

（2） Daily maintenance

1. During daily use, avoid severe collisions and squeezing of the battery to prevent damage to the outer shell and internal structure;

2. Regularly check if the interface is loose and if the wires are intact. If any abnormalities are found, stop using immediately and troubleshoot the problem;

3. When idle for a long time, keep the battery level at 50% -60% (corresponding to a voltage of about 51V-52V), store it in a cool and dry place, and avoid high temperature and humid environments;

4. Check the battery status once a month. If any abnormalities such as swelling or leakage are found, stop using it immediately and contact after-sales service.

5、 Adaptation scenarios and precautions

（1） Adaptation scenario

Suitable for electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, and food delivery electric vehicles with a power of ≤ 1500W, it can meet the power supply needs of various scenarios such as off-road riding, high-frequency delivery, and daily commuting. At the same time, it supports the upgrading and replacement of electric bicycle batteries.

（2） Precautions

1. Do not disassemble the battery, and do not modify the battery structure or parameters on your own, otherwise you will lose your safety guarantee;

2. Do not place batteries in high temperature, direct sunlight, or humid environments to avoid a decrease in battery performance;

3. The controller must be compatible with the battery, matched with a 48V system, and have a continuous current of ≤ 30A. Exceeding this power range may cause battery damage;

4. Strictly follow the above parameters for use, as unauthorized operation may result in shortened battery life or safety hazards.
