2、 Security Protection System (BMS)
This battery pack is equipped with a professional 13S 48V 30A BMS battery management system, which provides multiple safety protections in all aspects. The specific functions are as follows:
1. Overcharge protection, when the battery voltage reaches the full charge threshold of 54.6V, automatically cuts off the charging circuit to prevent damage to the battery cells due to overcharging;
2. Over discharge protection, when the battery voltage drops to the over discharge threshold of 36.4V, the discharge circuit is automatically cut off to avoid deep discharge damage to the battery cell;
3. Overcurrent protection, strictly limiting the continuous discharge current to ≤ 30A and peak discharge current to ≤ 60A, to prevent circuit overload and heating;
4. Short circuit protection: When a circuit short circuit is detected, the output is immediately cut off to avoid safety hazards such as fire and explosion;

4、 Usage and Maintenance Guide
(1) Charging and discharging specifications
1. The charging voltage requires the use of a standard 54.6V charger, and non-standard chargers are prohibited to avoid damaging the battery;
2. The continuous current of the controller should be set to ≤ 30A, and long-term use of 60A peak current discharge is prohibited;
3. After the battery is fully charged, disconnect the charger in a timely manner to avoid long-term overcharging that may damage the battery cells.
(2) Daily maintenance
1. During daily use, avoid severe collisions and squeezing of the battery to prevent damage to the outer shell and internal structure;
2. Regularly check if the interface is loose and if the wires are intact. If any abnormalities are found, stop using immediately and troubleshoot the problem;
3. When idle for a long time, keep the battery level at 50% -60% (corresponding to a voltage of about 51V-52V), store it in a cool and dry place, and avoid high temperature and humid environments;
4. Check the battery status once a month. If any abnormalities such as swelling or leakage are found, stop using it immediately and contact after-sales service.
5、 Precautions
1. Do not disassemble the battery, and do not modify the battery structure or parameters on your own, otherwise you will lose your safety guarantee;
2. Do not place batteries in high temperature, direct sunlight, or humid environments to avoid a decrease in battery performance;
3. Suitable motor power ≤ 1500W, exceeding this power range may cause battery damage;
